1.Press:Our stamping machine is from 5Ton to 400Ton(Our max punch 400Ton),we can stamp steel with 12-16mm thickness.
2.Finish we always do:Hot dip galvanized,Zinc Plated,Nickel Plated,Chrome Plated,E coating(electrophoresis),Powder coating,Polish for Stainless steel,Anodizing for Aluminum,and pickling for copper/brass.
3.Material we always use:Q235B steel(S235 in EU),Q345 steel(S355 in EU),Q500 steel(S500 in EU),DC01/SPCC cold rolled steel,Aluminum(6061 or 5053),Copper(T1).
4.Welding and assembly:Hand and Robot Welding,Arc Welding,Co2 protection Welding,or Aluminum Welding.
5.Progressive tooling:We can make progressive mould by ourselves.
